WHAT EXACTLY IS A CLEAN EATING CHALLENGE?
It's a challenge because most of us don't put so much thought into our daily meals but doing so even for 5 days can show you what's possible. Even if you just ate this way for 5 of 7 days a week, you will start to slim down, tone up, and have more energy.
DO I HAVE TO GIVE UP ALL MY FAVORITE FOODS?
Not forever but for these 5 days I suggest following the meal plan for best results.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DOING THIS CHALLENGE?
In a nutshell - you'll learn how to eat for lean body composition. Learn to fuel your body to feel full, slim down, drop inflammation, lean out, and see results of your workouts.
DO I HAVE TO COUNT MACROS DURING THE CHALLENGE
If you want to you are more than welcome but it's not required. However counting macros is great to know how much to eat as everyone is different. 'll be giving you my bonus macros checklist if you'd like to learn how much food to eat for your body.
DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING BEFORE THE CHALLENGE STARTS?
No! You simply need to sign up for the challenge and we'll guide you how to get started and what to focus on each day.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO COMMIT TO EACH DAY FOR THIS CHALLENGE?
You can either prep your food in advance of the 5 days or you can choose to cook your food each day, or some combination of each. Whatever works for you. Just know, cooking in adance will save you more time during the week.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE FOODS?
I tried to incorporate a variety of foods so in case you need a sub you have it on an alternate day. So if you hate eggs for example, choose another breakfast food listed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER TEH CHALLENGE TO KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM?
5 days is a great start but learning to fuel your body even when life throws you curve balls is how you continue progress. I'll be sending you key tips and next steps on day 5 of the challenge.
